Service Description

The Part Two (intermediate) course builds on the concepts learned throughout the Part One training program. In Part Two participants will review legal, investigation and construction concepts covered in Part One, but will also delve deeper into these topics and explore advanced strategies and techniques. Participants will delve into more complex legal concepts and case studies, learn how to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct field inspections to ensure property standards by-laws. Participants will prepare an emergency order in case of a sudden and unforeseen event that requires immediate action to protect the safety and well-being of the community or organization. Price includes an administrative fee to help offset additional bank charges.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds requested in writing 14 days prior to are subject to a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds less than 14 days prior to start date.
