OAPSO Life member - Director of Education - 1 year Term
Italo Joe Luzi, happily retired on April 27, 2023 as an Enforcement Services Manager. After a 40+ year full time career in municipal bylaw enforcement with both the City of Toronto and the City of Vaughan, and a 25+ year Part-time/Contract Inspector for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing,
Joe is an OAPSO Life Member as of the May 2024 ATS and was appointed to run the Education Portfolio for a one year
Joe is happily celebrating the birth of his two grandchildren.
Joe continues to help shape the next generation of up-and-coming bylaw enforcement Officers, from across the province as one of our instructors.
