Henry Boese

Henry Boese is the Supervisor of Municipal Law Enforcement for the Town of Grimsby, where he is responsible for managing by-law enforcement, parking enforcement, animal control, and licensing. He started his career at the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake as the Senior Enforcement Officer, overseeing multiple staff and divisions.

He holds post-secondary diplomas in Police Foundations, and Advanced Law Enforcement and Investigation. He holds multiple certifications from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers (OAPSO), and Brock University’s Goodman School of Business.

Henry strives to lead his staff to elevate customer service by engaging, educating, and enforcing legislation to ensure the community remains safe and clean for all residents and visitors.
